ELL Real Estate operates in three Baltic countries.
ELL Real Estate pays a lot of attention to investment in real estate and development of commercial real estate: shopping centers, hotels, business centers. The group acts in these projects as a property developer and investor.

ELL Real Estate has been developing residential projects for several years by offering individual and apartment buildings that meet the expectations of the clients. Specialists who work in our team are experienced and know the tendencies in the Baltic and European markets. Our staff is always ready to listen to the needs of the client and offer a suitable solution. The international aspect of our company is represented in the title, where three capital letters stand for three countries; Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

ExperienceUsing our long-term experience in the markets of the Baltic countries, we have successfully implemented many quality projects meeting the needs of the clients. Our folder of accomplishments includes not only residential and commercial marketable construction objects, hotels and embassies but also the multifunctional projects such as the shopping and entertainment center Saulės Miestas in Šiauliai, the modern shopping and style center Spice in Riga, etc.
Residential Construction While developing residential construction projects we pay most of our attention to the high quality and the arrangement of surroundings, adjusting to the needs of recreational and home comforts of the residents. Such projects are the Vilnius’ Pašilaičiai district Dociškių street apartment buildings; the Riga project Darziema Namai, where the complex of 20 coherent buildings was supplemented by a comfortable green environment for residence and relaxation; the exceptional quality apartment buildings in the center of Tallinn, in Tuvi street, built in 2002.
At the moment we are working on exceptional quality residential environment developing the apartment buildings in Vilnius’ Vivulskio and Saltoniškių streets. The clients have been offered spacious outside and underground parking, glass loggias providing a beautiful panorama, and some additional measures ensuring daily life quality, for example, improved sound isolation.
Commercial Objects OfficesImplementing office projects we seek to offer premises of high quality and interesting architecture for business. Many offices have been located at the busy traffic arteries which creates a comfortable transportation situation not only for staff of these offices but also for their business partners and clients. The examples are: class A business center L3 in Laisvės pr. and the finished project of business center S151 on the highway Vilnius-Panevėžys.
We make sure our buildings chime in with the panorama of the city. One of such examples is the modern 14-storey office complex Delta Plaza in Tallinn which perfectly supplements the urban landscape and serves as an inseparable part of it. We have gained new experience by implementing the representational architecture project Sõpruse Ärimaja in Tallinn. One of the most important principles of our work in this area is making sure that business centers in the prestigious,areas of capital cities are well provided with parking space, and the quality of work environment is supported by innovative ventilation systems.
HotelsHotel projects above of all distinguish themselves in high quality and functional requirements. We cooperate with hotel networks like Best Western and Nordic Hotels providing quality solutions to meet their needs, which shows the level of our work
Working with Nordic Hotels we built a business class hotel in the center of Tallinn, the Nordic Hotel Forum, an oasis of peace for travelling businessmen. We also completed the Reval Inn Tallinn project together with Reval Hotels network in the approaches of Tallinn’s passenger ship quay. Together with Best Western hotel network we have implemented the cozy hotel Tallink project at the shopping center Viru Keskus in the representational and convenient for transportation area - the center of Tallinn.
Shopping CentersShopping center projects in central areas of cities require delicate architectural solutions. It is exactly what we took into consideration developing the projects of the shopping center WW Pasaaz in Tallinn’s Old City and the popular Estonian shopping center Viru Keskus.
A distinguished project in 2007 was one of the largest multifunctional shopping and entertainment centers in Northern Lithuania, Saulės Miestas. In 2005, the project of a cozy Vilnius shopping center Mandarinas was completed. At the moment, we are building the modern leisure and shopping center Panorama, which is going to house various fashion, leisure shops, cafes and restaurants in the very center of Vilnius at the brisk transportation arteries offering a chance to spend the time in a useful and interesting way.
Embassies
Taking into consideration the exceptional quality and experience in the real estate market of the Baltic countries we seek positive cooperation with the public sector institutions and accept the challenge of high-level requirements. In 2009, the newly forming Vilnius Naujamiestis district will have a one more embassy building to house the Embassies of the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom if Norway. Implementing this project we will create a green square near the building, there will also be private apartments and business premises in the same building. This project is our second project of cooperation with foreign embassies. In 2004 – 2005 specialists of our company modernized the American Embassy building in Tallinn according to the up-to-date security requirements.
