Naujamiestis is forming itself as a district of embassies. 10 out of 32 foreign embassies located in Vilnius are in Naujamiestis. The concentration of embassies raises the prestige of the district and creates a unique atmosphere. The renewed and well-looking Naujamiestis in Vilnius will look even better with the Embassy House, the new building housing two diplomatic representatives of Scandinavian and Nordic countries. Embassy House will have 21 apartments total; each apartment has either a balcony or a spacious terrace. The view from the apartments offers remarkable glimpses of the city: the 19th century Saint Konstantin and Mikhail Russian Orthodox Church, the Taurakalnis Park, the panorama of the Vilnius Old City, the greenery of the renewed square. The greenery nearby the building will have approximately 20 newly-planted oak trees, 260 hornbeams, benches and resting-places with cozy lighting. The internal yard of the building will have a playground for children.
The Infrastructure Within the radius of 500 meters there are branches of the largest Lithuanian banks (SEB, Snoras, DnB Nord). The district offers an exceptional variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. The nearest supermarket is only six minutes to walk, the Salomėja Nėris School eight minutes to walk. Residents of the building will be able to reach the airport in only 15 minutes by car, Vilnius University in 10 minutes, Seimas (Parliament) of the Republic of Lithuania in 12 minutes, the Lithuanian Presidency in 10 minutes.
